Gold Survey – £400.00 – Full minimally intrusive damp and timber survey, carried out using the latest equipment and technology available followed by a comprehensive, unbiased report, delivered within 48 hours. If permission is granted we will lift floors for a sub floor inspection and carry out Salt Analysis Testing. This report is perfect as a Pre-purchase Homebuyers Report.
Platinum- £700.00 – Full comprehensive, intrusive damp and timber survey with the additional advantage of Salt Analysis Testing and Calcium Carbide (Speedy) Meter Testing. This report provides the most accurate possible instant results for invasive testing. This report is also perfect as a more detailed Pre-purchase Homebuyers Report. This report will also be delivered within 48 hours.
Ultimate – £1000.00 – Full damp and timber survey which includes all the benefits of the Platinum Service plus additional Airborne and Surface Mould Testing. The results indicate the types of mould spores present in the air along with surface mould findings, giving clarity on potential health risks. This report can be used in disrepair cases and will stand up to the most stringent scrutiny. (Mould samples are sent away for laboratory examination, meaning results can take up to 14 days to receive).
