We are independent specialist damp and timber surveyors offering professional inspections identifying rising and penetrating damp, condensation, timber decay, wood beetle infestation and other damp and timber related issues.
We do not carry out any remedial works but offer an honest, impartial assessment of problems and provide advice on solutions to them. As we do not carry out remedial works we have no financial interest in finding problems that may not exist or exaggerate the problems that do exist.
We have a highly qualified and experienced team of surveyors and are one of the only companies offering such a wide range of services as in our field, all of which we excel in.
Our reports are thorough but easy to understand and include an approximate estimate for any necessary works and a detailed floor plan of the property (which is not to exact scale and is to highlight problem areas only).
